Procurement Specialist Job Description

Sirius Auto Parts Corp. is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality materials and services to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to meet our business needs.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking and understocking.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in purchasing and procurement.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office.
