Licensed Practical Nurse

Foyer Pere Fiset is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a nursing home/home for the aged setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and education to individuals and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing services within defined scope of practice, based on patient assessment and care planning procedures.
- Monitor patients' progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions, and consult with the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Other trades certificate or diploma in nursing.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Criminal record check, immunization records, Adult Abuse Registry check, and Vulnerable sector check.
- Dental plan, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, and vision care benefits.
- Free parking available and travel insurance.
- Permanent work term with 48 to 80 hours bi-weekly.
