Documenting Business Requirements:
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
  • Challenge existing practices by researching alternatives, introducing best practices, and identifying opportunities for process innovation.
  • Translate business needs into detailed specifications for new software systems.
  • Create clear, consistent, and actionable documentation of requirements.
Designing Effective Solutions:
  • Propose enhancements to improve business processes and system functionalities.
  • Work in conjunction with system analysts to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Oversee the deployment of new system capabilities and processes to ensure they align with business needs.
Engaging Stakeholders:
  • Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to grasp business needs and expectations.
  • Establish change management conditions that foster project success.
  • Present and elucidate business analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Delivering Quality Work:
  • Manage project segments related to business analysis.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality project outputs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment.
  • Engage in constructive challenges to pursue optimal solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in business analysis and the industries we support.
  • Recommend and assist in implementing enhancements to our analysis tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in a client-facing role within a consultancy, software development firm, or a leading organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and document complex business processes and systems.
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong financial acumen and familiarity with financial business systems (banking, investment, pensions, and benefits).
  • Applied knowledge of human-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
