Nath Meat is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters into standard cuts of meat
- Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for consumption
- Grind meats and slice cooked meats for our customers
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
- Will train
