About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at H&F Foods LTD. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms, common areas, and other facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Housekeeping: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure the smooth operation of the department, and participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, overtime required, sitting, standing for extended periods, and walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
