About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Cashier to join our team at Real Canadian Superstore. As a Cashier, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments.
  • Support the delivery of company-directed promotions and programs, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and awareness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries, providing product information and recommendations.

Requirements

  • A team player with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Able to lift 25lbs and remain in a stationary or standing position for extended periods.
