Baker Job Description

Cobs Bread Ocean Park is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as operating machinery and ensuring the quality of products meets established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Prepare special orders
  • Ensure product quality meets established standards
  • Operate machinery
Work Environment:

The Baker will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have patience.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
