Role Overview
As the Senior Vice President of Medical Operations, you will oversee a dedicated team of seven to eight full-time professionals within our Finance and Operations departments.
The ideal candidate should be situated in the Greater Toronto area or be prepared to relocate promptly.
We are seeking an accomplished Finance leader with a background in the growth stage technology sector. This role will involve refining our strategic financial framework to facilitate rapid and responsible growth in the coming years.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance our existing financial strategies to drive significant growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Board members, serving as a reliable source for financial reporting.
- Construct a comprehensive long-term financial model that considers product development and expansion, aligning team objectives with growth and profitability.
- Lead the finance team in advancing our data analysis capabilities to support strategic decision-making.
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- A proven track record of crafting the financial narrative for growth stage companies.
- Experience in collaborating with Boards and Investors, particularly in Private Equity or Growth Equity environments.
- Comprehensive financial expertise, including FP&A, accounting, budgeting, and investor relations.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive informed decisions based on accurate data.
