The Cleaning Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that all sites are cleaned to the highest standards and that our team is working efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Inspect sites to ensure that they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repair work.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, with odours, and in dusty environments.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physically demanding role, requiring manual dexterity and the ability to stand for extended periods.
