Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and retail salespersons.
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training.
  • Order merchandise and authorize returns.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that sales staff are meeting their targets.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads. You must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent oral communication skills.
