BentallGreenOak (BGO) is a leading global real estate investment management firm, recognized for its expertise in managing institutional assets across diverse property types worldwide.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee a prestigious AAA portfolio in Winnipeg. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, maximizing asset value, and fostering strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to a dedicated team of professionals responsible for property management, operations, project management, and leasing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants or BGO's internal project management team in Winnipeg to ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of planned projects, including investment initiatives and leasehold improvements.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and key stakeholders through effective communication and proactive engagement.
  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and BGO's operational standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset performance, optimize occupancy rates, and maximize rental income.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and identify opportunities for value creation through strategic initiatives and capital improvements.
