About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gas Bar Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Fulfill propane tank and bottle filling requests
  • Work co-operatively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding food safety and the sale of age-restricted goods
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Perform general merchandising and housekeeping duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
