Role OverviewWe are in search of a meticulous and highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to contribute to our mission. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our financial and operational frameworks. With our innovative supply chain solutions, you will have the chance to significantly influence the success of our clients in a dynamic omni-channel landscape. From demand forecasting to fulfillment, Tecsys empowers both front-line personnel and back-office planners, enabling leaders to visualize and manage their supply chains like never before.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate financial and operational performance metrics to uncover trends and facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Create and sustain financial models and forecasts to aid in financial planning and budgeting efforts.
- Assess and refine financial and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to ensure precise and timely documentation of financial transactions.
- Compile and deliver financial reports and analyses to senior leadership.
- Perform financial assessments to support business growth initiatives and investment strategies.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software applications.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are advantageous.
- Proficient in both written and verbal English communication, essential for effective interactions with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues.
