Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Systems Administrator to join our IT team. As a key member of our Cloud Operations Team, you'll collaborate with senior experts to integrate and operate a Public Cloud Infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), but you'll also work closely with peers from AWS and Azure squads to standardize cloud deployments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage GCP Landing Zone and ensure seamless integration with other cloud services.
  • Coach and manage tenants in running Cloud Native (GCP) solutions, promoting best practices and DevOps mindset.
  • Develop and implement automation to increase platform management efficiency, using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
  • Participate in technical implementation of large and complex GCP transformations and modernization projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain team standards and ensure continuity of operations.
  • Develop and document automation to increase platform management efficiency.
  • Be available for on-call support and changes outside of normal office hours, as needed.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with GCP or Cloud solutions, including GCP APIGEE, Big Query, and Big Data.
  • GCP certification(s) are a must.
  • Knowledge of IaaS and PaaS components of GCP.
  • Experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
  • Experience with Agile software development and release engineering, including branching, versioning, and tagging with tools like GitHub.
  • Experience with CI/CD frameworks.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is a requirement.
  • No Canadian work experience is required, but you must be eligible to work in Canada.
