Electro-Mechanic Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanic Technician to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Electro-Mechanic Technician, you will be responsible for performing corrective and preventative maintenance on all industrial equipment, conducting root cause analysis and quick countermeasure action on quality issues, and guiding junior millwrights in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment
  • Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions
  • Supervise and mentor junior millwrights
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Tech, Electro-mechanic, or Line Technician
  • Experience with electrical work (no license required)
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior tradespeople
