At the core of our audit function lies our expertise across all sectors of the organization. We are relied upon to provide actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, fostering significant process improvements, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulations.

We analyze data, collaborate with partners and stakeholders, and communicate our findings to address current and emerging risks, ensuring smooth daily operations for our clients.

Leadership Expectations: As executives, Assistant Vice Presidents (AVPs) are tasked with establishing ethical, organizational, and performance standards for their teams, exemplifying effective performance and development cultures in everyday operations.

AVPs are expected to guide their teams, working collaboratively with relevant partners to achieve exceptional results in both the short and long term.

Key Responsibilities: The AVP of Audit Management will spearhead the transformation and change initiatives necessary to ensure the audit function is positioned for success, overseeing the execution and delivery of all program workstreams.

Reporting to the VP of Audit, the AVP will lead a team of change management professionals, working closely with audit leaders to establish the necessary change management requirements.

Communication and Reporting: Provide timely updates and comprehensive reports on program status, analyses, and findings to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and the Board.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is required; a postgraduate degree is preferred. Professional Change Management Accreditation is an asset. Previous experience in developing and executing strategies that yield superior results is essential.

Strong leadership and people management skills are crucial, with a proven ability to motivate diverse teams and collaborate effectively across the organization.

Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills are necessary to engage with senior management at all levels. Demonstrated relationship-building skills are also vital.
