- Track stock levels of raw materials and finished goods to guarantee sufficient availability.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams, supply chain staff, and other divisions.
- Examine production metrics to uncover patterns and propose enhancements for operational efficiency.
- Work in tandem with quality assurance teams to confirm that production adheres to quality benchmarks and compliance standards.
- Act as the primary liaison for production-related inquiries and updates.
- Effectively communicate production timelines, modifications, and priorities to all relevant parties.
- Notify management of any defects or inconsistencies.
- Review documentation and generate reports as necessary.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Post-secondary education in Operations Management or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in production coordination, scheduling, or supply chain operations.
- Prior experience with engineered-to-order production is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and other relevant software tools.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
