Position Overview

Midas is seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to fill the role of an automotive maintenance specialist. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers by utilizing our extensive experience in vehicle inspection, diagnosis, and repair.

Key Responsibilities

As an automotive maintenance specialist, you will be tasked with a variety of essential services, including:
  • Conducting routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes and fluid exchanges
  • Performing visual safety inspections and courtesy checks
  • Mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires
  • Testing and replacing vehicle batteries
  • Changing bulbs, belts, and hoses as needed
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shop
  • Executing other maintenance tasks as required
  • Delivering outstanding customer service through efficient tire installation and repair for passenger vehicles
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure top-tier automotive service
  • Safely securing customer vehicles on hoists/jacks for necessary tire repairs and services
  • Performing additional maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Ensuring the facility and equipment are kept in a safe, clean, and orderly condition at all times
Qualifications
  • Experience in tire installation and service is advantageous
  • Mechanically inclined with a foundational understanding of routine automotive maintenance
  • Exemplary attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer care

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
