About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Actuarial Manager to join our actuarial team at Groupe Optimum Inc. in Montreal. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the pricing team and developing pricing standards, methodologies, and policies for property and casualty products.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in actuarial science or mathematics with an actuarial option
  • At least eight years of experience in actuarial pricing and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory
