About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Kush Construction Ltd. as a Construction Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the site.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Help erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Earthwork: Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Site Cleanup: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.

  • Residential Construction: Assist in residential construction projects.
