We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Field Service Specialist at SLB. This position is essential for ensuring that our clients receive safe, precise, and timely delivery of products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve excellence in training and competency development.
  • Maintain safe, punctual, and compliant operations at job sites while rigging equipment.
  • Operate both manual and hydraulic valves.
  • Install wellhead components, including hangers, slips, and seal assemblies.
  • Manage accumulators, grease skids, and lubricators effectively.
  • Collaborate with various services, including drilling rigs and Frac operations.
  • Utilize a laptop and applications to complete safety documentation and reports.
  • Engage in job risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Interact with customer representatives to promote SLB's products and services.
  • Provide mentorship to colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; a college diploma is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the oilfield; prior experience in wellhead installation is advantageous.
  • Must be a self-starter, mechanically inclined, and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Clean driving record with a full Class 5 non-GDL license.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work and reside in Canada without sponsorship.
