Manage Inventory and Supplies

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.

Manage Customer Service

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Supervise Assembly and Delivery

Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Supervision

1 to 2 people or 3-4 people, depending on the shift

Personal Suitability

Client focus, excellent oral communication, team player, work term: permanent, work language: English, hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
