As a Housekeeping Professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' cottages and shared spaces. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing cottages to ensure a high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
  • Adhering to established cleaning protocols and utilizing appropriate supplies and equipment.
  • Maintaining a well-stocked inventory of cleaning materials and reporting any shortages promptly.
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns professionally and courteously.
