Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our plumbing services team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch plumbing solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general residential plumbing services to customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Represent Reliance Home Comfort in a professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner on every call.
  • Diagnose problems, estimate repair costs, and provide value-added communication with customers.
  • Install, maintain, and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment used to distribute, supply, or dispose of water or wastewater.
  • Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines.
  • Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service, and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
  • Explain the value of Reliance Home Comfort plumbing products, services, and programs on every call.

Requirements

  • A growth mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow with Reliance Home Comfort.
  • Red seal or journeyman License/Certified Plumber and Gas ticket – Mandatory.
  • 3+ years' experience in the Plumbing field.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Physical ability to perform all work required of this position.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
