We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Growth Marketing to join our team at Ensemble Travel Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a growth marketing plan to achieve revenue goals, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Steward our brand to ensure all customer touchpoints reflect and drive Ensemble's brand value proposition across marketing campaigns, industry events, and owned channels.
  • Analyze current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors, and gather customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Optimize customer conversion by collaborating with sales and UX/UI teams to identify, test, and implement systematic improvements in messaging, pricing, merchandising, and user experience.
  • Develop and execute marketing and event plans to drive traffic to our website and leverage partner co-op opportunities to drive additional traffic.
  • Drive and develop branding of our products and services, creating content and collateral to help drive interest in the brand and its services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing growth, with experience in brand, growth marketing, sponsorship marketing, and communications. They will be an insights-driven marketer with a data-first approach, able to flex between strategic and tactical execution. Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and experience in the B2B and B2C space are essential. Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience building brands, marketing plans, and teams.
  • Demonstrable experience of influencing growth.
  • Background in brand, growth marketing, sponsorship marketing, and communications.
  • Advanced use of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Strong understanding of ad metrics, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Fluency in CRMs, audience segmentation strategies, and aligning audiences to objectives.
  • Fluency in social channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, on how to motivate interest in lead generation with strong ROI.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and experience in the B2B and B2C space.
  • In-depth experience developing and executing marketing and event plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Supremely detail-oriented.
  • Travel industry experience a plus.
