About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are displayed effectively in-store, driving sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Placement and Display: Arrange products according to planograms, ensuring visually appealing and effective in-store displays.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, with the ability to travel to various locations as needed.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in using the internet, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Willing to undergo a criminal record check and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation, with the ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organized, and a team player.
