Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure all dishes, glassware, and flatware are clean and sanitized before use.
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, appliances, and work surfaces.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and handle and store cleaning products.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as pizzas and salads.
    • Portion and wrap foods, and package take-out orders.
    • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and provide excellent customer service.
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
    • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
    • Sharpen kitchen knives and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
    Requirements
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
    • Permanent employment.
    • English language proficiency.
    • 30 hours per week of work.
