Job Function
As a Project Coordinator at BrandSafway, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales Team in all initiatives and work assignments received from Senior Sales Representatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with material take-offs and creating and tracking quotations
- Maintaining records of projects to properly manage job sites and generating reports as required
- Determining preliminary equipment availability and consulting with engineering and operations departments as needed
- Attending internal and customer meetings, recording minutes, and preparing action item logs
- Participating in project kick-off meetings and maintaining a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration (an asset)
- Strong ability to read blueprints and visualize forming and shoring schemes
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Intermediate Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of forming and shoring equipment (preferred)
- Knowledge of Salesforce and ERP systems (assets)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, and interpersonal and team-building skills
- Ability to multitask, strong organizational and prioritizing skills, flexibility, and adaptability
- Self-motivated and possessing a valid driver's license
