About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team at HALLMARK PAINTING & CONSTRUCTIONS LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and clean surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair cracks and holes in walls and surfaces, using appropriate materials and techniques.
  • Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces, meeting high standards of quality and finish.
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, ensuring accurate and precise results.
  • Work in a variety of locations, including residential and commercial settings, to deliver exceptional results and meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the painting and decorating industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Work Environment

As a Painter and Decorator with HALLMARK PAINTING & CONSTRUCTIONS LTD., you will work in a variety of locations, including residential and commercial settings. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
