Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

LAVIE NAIL LOUNGE INC. is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality services.
  • Train and develop nail technicians in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, procedures, and standards.
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them professionally.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a nail salon or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Criminal record check required.
Work Environment:

Our nail salon is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team of nail technicians. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week.
