We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Registration Associate to join our team at Abacus Service Corporation. As a key member of our event staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process for our attendees.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble registration packets and distribute materials to attendees.
- Provide exceptional customer service at the registration desk, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Organize and maintain the registration area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless registration process.
- Collect and process CLE sign-in sheets in various meeting rooms.
- English should be your first language, and you must have a strong understanding of alphabetization.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings, is required.
This is a temporary assignment, and you will be working on-site at our event location. You will be required to travel to other locations and may need to provide your own transportation.
