As a Clinical Electrophysiology Specialist, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and advance your career while working with cutting-edge technologies and therapies for patients suffering from atrial fibrillation (AFib). Our product offerings include Cryo, Radiofrequency, and the innovative Pulsed Field ablation therapy, FARAPULSE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in extensive training to gain proficiency in Boston Scientific technologies, ensuring readiness for a hands-on, field-based role.
- Provide expert clinical product support and technical training to physicians and EP Lab staff on the effective use of the Rhythmia Mapping System during procedures.
- Attend procedures in cardiac CV/EP labs to support the development of BSC AF Solutions products.
- Identify and address the clinical needs of healthcare professionals through travel and direct engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital personnel, including staff, physicians, and administrators, to facilitate future collaborations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns by developing innovative solutions in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Demonstrate effective leadership and build strategic partnerships across the organization.
- Stay informed on clinical trial protocols and regulatory compliance to meet corporate objectives.
- Manage clinical trial activities within your assigned territory, including Interest Visits and Site Initiation Visits.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales or clinical electrophysiology.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex product information.
- Experience in Atrial Fibrillation/Cardiac Mapping/Structural Heart Procedures.
- Familiarity with 3D cardiac mapping systems.
Compensation: The anticipated annual base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000, with additional variable compensation based on performance metrics.
