About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Sound Donuts Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including packaging take-out food and stocking refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
