About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically capable individual to join our team at Jan Boeder, Jacob Boeder, Rika Boeder as a General Farm Worker. This is a permanent position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Animal Care: Feed and tend to animals on the farm, ensuring their health and well-being.
  • Machinery Operations: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Facility Maintenance: Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • General Farm Duties: Perform a variety of tasks as required, including but not limited to, harvesting, planting, and general farm maintenance.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
