Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to join our team at St-Amour & Associates, Senc. in Quebec. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from design to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, collaborating with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate resources to optimize efficiency, manage schedules, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues to minimize interruptions and delays, providing technical support on construction sites.
- Support project managers, participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, and ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- DEC or Mechanical Engineering Degree
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- 10 years of experience in project management
- Knowledge in heavy mechanics and estimation
- Familiarity with Dreeven software (an asset)
