• Zoning and Merchandising
  • Zones the department to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-shop environment
  • Rotates stock and checks for expired products to maintain a fresh and high-quality product selection
• Customer Service
  • Provides exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Stocking and Sales
  • Ensures the merchandise is properly signed and priced to meet customer needs
  • Assists with stocking and the sale of goods to meet customer demand
• Food Safety and Sanitation
  • Adheres to food safety and handling procedures to ensure a safe and healthy shopping environment
  • Follows sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Inventory Management
  • Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to ensure accurate inventory management
• Store Maintenance
  • Ensures the department is fully stocked with merchandise and is ready for business
  • Follows Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
