Job Title: Machine Fitter

At TECHPRO INDUSTRIES INC., we are seeking a skilled Machine Fitter to join our team. As a Machine Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting prefabricated metal parts to build heavy industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and fit prefabricated metal parts to build heavy industrial machinery
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure accuracy
  • Move and align subassemblies and components to ensure proper fit and function
  • Install major components such as gears, pumps, motors, or hydraulic assemblies
  • Inspect finished products for conformance to quality standards
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 32 to 35 hours per week
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Attention to detail
