About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Chef Reza Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business strategy and direction.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong corporate image.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Event Management: Manage events, ensuring seamless execution and positive outcomes.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and driving employee growth and development.
Supervision and Leadership
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance, support, and direction.
Technical Requirements
  • Computer Skills: Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment and Conditions
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Physical Capabilities: Possess the physical capabilities to work in a dynamic environment, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Personal Qualities and Suitability
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgment, and organizational abilities.
  • Work Term: Work on a permanent basis.
  • Work Language: Work in English.
  • Hours of Work: Work 37.5 hours per week.
