About the Role

Racar Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and other professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that projects are designed and constructed in accordance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external partners to ensure project success and satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts and partnerships within the industry.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management, infrastructure development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficient in project management software and tools, with a strong understanding of infrastructure development principles and practices.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Office-based, with regular site visits and travel required.
  • Work Schedule: 45 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
