Position Overview: Head of Internal Communications

The Head of Internal Communications position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional in internal communications to support the workforce of a leading luxury hospitality brand. Located in the vibrant environment of Four Seasons' global headquarters, this role is integral to the Internal Communications team.

As a pivotal member of the Internal Communications team, the Head will spearhead the formulation and implementation of internal communication strategies that inspire employees to excel and align with the organization's strategic vision. Responsibilities include overseeing internal content, communication channels, and global standards while leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate/internal communications, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Experience in global organizations with field personnel is advantageous
  • Proficiency in digital communication platforms and analytics tools
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives
  • Capability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
  • Collaborative, adaptable, innovative, and empathetic approach
  • High emotional intelligence and a commitment to confidentiality
