- Maintain quality control and production documentation.
- Supervise and manage crop-related operations.
- Keep accurate work records and logs.
- Recruit and train new staff members.
- Operate and maintain various farm machinery and equipment.
- Perform general farming duties as required.
Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
Work EnvironmentThis role requires the ability to thrive in a physically demanding setting with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. The job involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
QualificationsApplicants should have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. A formal degree is not required.
