Job Title: Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Sabterra Holdings Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Financial Manager will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance. This includes assigning financial projects and activities to workers, directing staff, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
  • Coordinate the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Train staff and establish policies and procedures
  • Design and manage investment strategies
  • Monitor financial control systems and oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Advise senior management and perform human resources related duties
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Financial Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and have a team player attitude.
