Agricultural Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Tractor Operator to join our team at 1296096 BC Ltd. As a key member of our horticultural team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, providing agricultural crop services, and ensuring the health and quality of our crops.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors and tillage equipment.
- Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
- Clean the crops and ensure they are free from debris and pests.
- Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy growth.
As a Tractor Operator, you will work outdoors in a dusty environment, surrounded by horticultural field crops. You will be required to work in a physically demanding role, with repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads.
Requirements- Experience in operating farm machinery and equipment is an asset.

- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
