Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. As a Physiotherapist with Lifemark Health Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient clinic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and clinical reasoning
- Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
- Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants as needed
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic to ensure seamless patient care
- Supervise Physiotherapy students (as preferred)
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset)
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
- Annual continuing education allowance with access to internal training opportunities
- Opportunity to work with specialty physiotherapy-based services such as pelvic health, vestibular, concussion, and cancer rehab
- Access to virtual care platform and electronic charting software
