Job Title: Director of People Data and Analytics

Richemont is a leading luxury goods company with a rich history of innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled Director of People Data and Analytics to join our team in New York.

About the Role

The Director of People Data and Analytics will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people data and analytics strategy for Cartier and other Richemont Americas businesses. This will involve working closely with the Director of HR Operations and Analytics and the Chief Human Resources Officer of Cartier North America to ensure the development, implementation, and reporting of KPIs and metrics at the local and regional level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a people data and analytics strategy that aligns with Richemont's business objectives.
  • Partner with the Director of HR Operations and Analytics and the Chief Human Resources Officer of Cartier North America to develop periodic and real-time dashboards of people data analytics.
  • Ensure dashboards include insight and storytelling to create added value to the KPIs and data.
  • Manage the development and implementation of KPIs and metrics to improve measurable performance.
  • Coordinate all HR data analytics initiatives across the Maisons and the Region.
  • Supervise the HR Data and Analytics Manager to develop and maintain delivery standards of HR analytics.
  • Develop and maintain HR data governance strategy.
  • Partner with Group HR Operations, Regional/Local HR Operations, Group Finance, and Regional/Local Finance to implement HR data management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business administration, analytics, or similar field preferred.
  • HR Professional with at least 8-10 years of HR/Analyst experience.
  • Advanced PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook.
  • Familiarity/exposure to SAP HR or similar HCM system is preferred.
  • Experience using reporting/query tools and data management tools, preferably Business Warehouse, R, PowerBI, SAC, etc.
