Cashier Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at SUNSET GRILL ALL DAY BREAKFAST RESTAURANT. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area and surrounding environment
  • Stock shelves and restock supplies as needed
  • Assist customers with self-checkout and respond to customer inquiries
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized workspace. As a Cashier, you will be on your feet for most of your shift, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.

Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

30 hours per week.
