Position Overview:
- Deliver instruction in the Child and Youth Care Program
- Develop and present course materials, create assessments, and guide students in applying theoretical knowledge to practical situations
- Engage in program and faculty discussions, and work collaboratively with support personnel
Essential Qualifications:
- Doctorate in a relevant discipline or a Master's degree in Child and Youth Care
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of Child and Youth Care
- Recent hands-on experience with children, youth, and families
- Understanding of Indigenous knowledge systems and cultural practices
Desirable Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership and administrative capabilities
- Experience in teaching at the post-secondary level
- Research competencies
