Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated cashier to oversee all sales transactions in a dynamic retail setting, adhering to all cash management and reconciliation protocols.
As the last point of contact for customers, you will create a lasting impression by delivering personalized service, ensuring customer satisfaction and that they have everything they need before departing the store. This includes verifying their registration in our customer database to maintain high standards of aftercare.
You will also provide product availability information to both staff and customers, and occasionally assist with employee scheduling.
With your enthusiasm for exceptional customer service, you will monitor the sales floor to guarantee that all customers are welcomed promptly upon arrival and served efficiently.
In your front-facing role, you will utilize your strong communication skills to manage phone inquiries, ensuring timely, proactive, and professional follow-ups, as well as reaching out to customers regarding upcoming events and product launches, and scheduling consultations. As a leader in the prestige beauty industry, we foster a culture that values diverse perspectives and offers progressive career paths along with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in cash handling
  • Desirable background in retail or guest services
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to deliver inspirational, genuine, and tailored customer service
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with retail point-of-sale systems
  • Applicants must provide proof of eligibility to live and work in the country if invited for an interview
  • Expected Hourly Range: $17.45 to $26.15 (Dependent on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget). Additionally, The Estée Lauder Companies provides a range of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related initiatives, paid holidays, and vacation time. The Company also maintains competitive incentive compensation programs (eligibility may vary based on specific plan terms). You may qualify for participation in the applicable Commission/Bonus Plan, under the guidelines in effect at the time of hire.
