We are currently seeking a Pharmacist for our establishment in Prince Rupert, BC.
Your Responsibilities Will Include- Overseeing daily pharmacy functions, which encompass dispensing medications, optimizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
- Managing inventory levels within the pharmacy.
- Ensuring adherence to Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Staying updated on the latest developments in the pharmacy sector by keeping abreast of new medications and clinical opportunities.
- Providing private consultations to patients while fostering a patient-centered care environment.
- Delivering clinical services such as medication management and health screenings.
- A valid Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the relevant College of Pharmacists.
- Certification in injections.
- Familiarity with Pharmacy Software solutions, ideally Kroll.
- Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completion of mandatory training as required.
- The capability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge as necessary.
- Additional training or certifications will be considered an asset.
