- Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members, ensuring the development of high-quality data analysis and modeling capabilities.
- Advanced Degree in Quantitative Field: Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
- Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python or R, and experience with data analysis and modeling tools, including SQL and machine learning algorithms.
